xxx brand is from Switzerland, is the best-selling scooter brand in Europe and America. Many of these products are well received by users for their sophisticated design, meticulous workmanship, and safe material . Currently, it has opened more than 10,000 retail stores in more than 80 countries around the world. Many famous stars including "Wolverine" Hugh Jackman and "Black Pearl" Halle Berry are all loyal fans of xxx brand .

In order to develop new markets and better display their products, xxx brand asked my company to customize the mannequin for scooters. Detailed customization process is as follows

1.  xxx brand sent us a picture to show which mannequin pose they need . There a man is riding a scooter.

2. We made a 3D design drawing based on the customer's picture . Of course, this is inseparable from the modeling work of our professional designers. Professional Designer can 100% copy the human pose in picture.

3. Customer was very satisfied and amazed after receiving our 3D design drawing .They did not even let us to make further adjusting work , and they can't wait to ask us make new mould to start production. So We quickly used 3D printing technology to print out a sample , then we can use this sample to make new mould after simply polishing the surface

4. In below pictures , they are the mannequins we used new mould produce.

We finally choose fiberglass material to produce mannequin , because this can save cost for customer.

5. We also painted mannequin to black color as customer's request .

6. Look, the customer brought our mannequins to the exhibition to display their scooter.
